Cherise graduated from Seattle Massage School in 1997. She is well known for delivering full-body massage with deep work that you would not normally find on most tables. Her years of combining treatment of deep tissue, deep pressure, and Swedish provide you with a comfortable but right-on-the-edge pressure. She knows that everyone has their own "deep" and her intuitive ability and experience take you to what your personal level of what "deep" is for you. Other modalities she may incorporate are dry cupping, gua-sha, Myofascial release, trigger point, pressure point, reflexology, cupping, guasha IASTM (Graston technique), and more. Her focus is to help clients find a way to incorporate massage as a maintenance for optimal health.

Transformation work

Cherise’s transformation work is done within the understanding that our wisdom is within us. She assists you in your own discoveries to empower you to move forward. Intuitively she works at the soul level providing guidance through your own personal awareness. This enables you to use your internal wisdom to move you forward through self-discovery. She has found when we work with our internal environment which is what we can control we will then be able to break our own limited belief systems that hold us back from creating a life we deserve. Cherise does her work within the areas of hypnotherapy, Theta, Intuitive energy, acupressure emotional release points, and working at the soul level. Clients love to explore their inner wisdom in past. parallel and this life, their own intuitive visions, and the understanding that the answer is with. Clients who seek her out have exhausted all other therapies and are ready for change.
